The British classic: The Mulberry

Mulberry is currently the talk of the town, it’s everywhere. I treated myself to a Mulberry Daria French purse, a clutch bag and an Alexa oak soft buffalo satchel.

Mulberry was voted number 6, in Vogue’s “100 Best Bags” in October 2011 and is becoming increasingly fashionable. Vintage is very current, and with most of Mulberry’s designs been mainly vintage and contemporary inspired there’s no wonder why it’s becoming more popular.

The price tags are pricey but the authenticity of owning a Mulberry bag is irresistible, a Mulberry is a bag for life. Designed to last you a lifetime instead of a year, the products are definitely worth saving for.

It is Mulberry’s 40th Anniversary this year after the brand was established in Somerset, England in 1971. The autumn/winter collections have been themed with birds, toadstools, foxes and fabulous prints.

This weeks fashion must have

This weeks favourite is this stunning dress from Topshop at just £45, it's easy to wear, versatile and fit for the winter weather. I teamed it up with some sale Kurt Geiger stiletto's I got for £39 instead of £100 (bargain!), black tights and a Topshop belt. The design has peacock feathers printed onto viscose material and has a large zip on the back to add detail. It can easily be worn on it's own for a night out or with an added leather jacket and tights for a more casual look.
